A full day immersion of Kundalini yoga, breathing techniques , mantra’s ,health advice etc.
Kundalini Yoga is a holistic practice designed to uplift, elevate, and empower you both physically and spiritually. Through conscious movement, breath, and awareness, this practice supports inner strength and resilience, enabling you to meet life’s challenges with clarity and balance.
The Five Key Dimensions of Kundalini Yoga:
Breathing Techniques (Pranayama)
Yoga Postures (Kriyas)
Deep Relaxation
Meditation
Spiritual Music & Mantras
The workshop will be a unique and immersive experience, building one’s energy and inner strength while focusing on the Body, Mind, Soul, and Spirit. Participants will be guided through a dynamic yet accessible Kundalini Yoga practice designed to cultivate balance, clarity, and renewed vitality.
A healthy Ayurvedic lunch, along with fruit and tea, refreshments, is included.
If you have dietary requirements please let us know.
Yoga mats and blocks and throws are provided (no need to bring your own)— please wear comfortable clothing.
All practices shared during the workshop will be provided as handouts for participants to continue their journey at home.
Your Teacher – Yuvi Basanth
Yuvi has over 10 years of experience teaching yoga to diverse individuals and communities. His background includes working with participants facing mental and physical health challenges, people with disabilities, youth, and individuals ranging in age from 5 to 81 years.
Yuvi’s teaching style is inclusive, grounded, and empowering, offering a safe and supportive space for all levels of experience.
The Venue – House Clémentine Wellness Studio
A place to come home, reconnect with yourself, and gently release stress and tension.
The studio features light, soft tones to create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Natural wooden floors invite barefoot movement and enhance both comfort and acoustics. Large mirrors provide gentle feedback on posture and alignment.
An outdoor deck overlooks the Walker Bay Nature Reserve and the ocean, allowing nature to become part of your experience.

9:30am-11am. Full kundalini Yoga
11am. Break
11:20am-12:45pm. Meditations - Third Eye Opening. Benefits: Overcoming stress, anxiety, depression.
12:45-1:45pm. Healthy Ayurvedic Lunch
1:45pm-3:30pm. Yoga Set Focusing on building a Healthy, Holy & Happy Life.
3:30-3:45pm Break
3:45-4:45pm Breath Awareness Session, intentions, relaxation Meditation
4:45-5pm. Conclusion & Gratitude
